Hunt signs Proclamation

Mayor Gary Hunt recently spoke to Reed Fields ninth grade social studies classes at Bath County High School. This was part of City Government Monthin Kentucky. Mayor Hunt signed the proclamation proclaiming September 2018 as City Government Month in Owingsville. “I had a great time with the kids and they had excellent questions concerning local government. I taught 8th and 9th graders for 33 years so I was right at home,” said Mayor Hunt.
